Returns & Exchanges

93 Play Street accepts returning items for store credit within 2 weeks of your purchase being delivered. Your gift card will be issued for the purchased amount of your returned items minus shipping fees in USD and does not expire. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives back to us - you do not need to confirm receipt with our team once your return has been delivered back to us. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 

To start your return process, please email hello@93playstreet.com with your name and order number. International returns are subject to a $7 processing fee as they require additional internal processing.

All customers, please note:

  • All sale items are final sale including sitewide and mystery bag sales.
  • All accessories are final sale, including hats, totes, sarongs, and band extenders.
  • All panties are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Returning items are not eligible for refunds.
  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • All returning items must be sent back in their original condition including hygienic liners, hang tag and cup pads (no deodorant, make-up stains, perfume, smoke smell, etc). 
  • Any damaged items or sale items returned to us won’t be issued credit.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or does not fit the above criteria - including missing hang tags, cup pads and/or hygienic liners.
  • Original shipping fees, international duties, taxes, etc are not eligible to be refunded upon return.
  • We do not cover the return shipping cost.

  • As of 7/1/22 the Poppy Pink colorway has been slightly modified into our new and improved permanent colorway. 93 Play Street can not guarantee that Poppy Pink suits ordered prior to 7/1/22 will be a perfect match. 

Cancelations: Given that we work to fulfill orders ASAP, all orders are final (including pre-order). Please ensure you're confident in your purchase before submitting your order.

Additional Information: 

 

    • If your order is shipping outside of the USA - 93 Play Street does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are the buyers responsibility; we unfortunately cannot control these fees. 
    • Shall a customer decline their package in customs/duties - we will issue a store credit gift card minus shipping fees + customs/duties via email once the package is returned to our facility. Refused international orders can take up to 4 months to reroute back to our facility.
    • Order arrival date estimates provided at checkout do not include our processing time of 1-4 business days. We recommend ordering 2 weeks before a trip or vacation to ensure the package arrives well within your timeline.
    • Shall an item arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to our team within 48 hours + include photos.
    • We are not responsible for returns shipped back to the return address on your packages label without tracking or notice to us. You must use Loop or email us to receive information on how to start your return.
    • Shall items be returned in a package without notice or approval from our team, the entire returned order will be declined.
